Public Meeting on Homeownership Program The Western Illinois Economic Development Partnership and the Warren County Housing Authority are hosting a public meeting on the Rural Partners Homeownership Program on November 1, 2006 at 5:30 pm at the Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau. A great deal of interest in pursuing the program to promote community and economic growth through homeownership was expressed at the November meeting.
