Chinese restaurant coming to strip mall MONMOUTH – A new Chinese restaurant will call the Maple City home in the near future.
Called Chin's Garden, the restaurant is an offshoot of a location in Muscatine, Iowa and will be primarily takeout with a few tables for dining in. The restaurant will occupy the space next door to Midwest Bank of Western Illinois' new branch in the strip mall in front of ShopKo, B&G Venture Plaza. read more
